Please make sure you’re booking for the correct date. If you go forward in the booking process and return to this page, the date will reset to today’s date. We want you to be signed up for the right day of course! Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you book the wrong day and miss your game.
Identification will be checked for credit card bookings. The person that reserved the room will need to be prepared to show identification at check-in.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your gametime to complete waivers. Also, please allow 15 additional minutes following your game for pictures.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
To receive a full refund or to reschedule your game, please notify us 48 hours prior to your reservation time. When you book, we block that time just for you and your group, therefore we won't be able to use that time slot for any other potential players. If you miss your time slot, no refunds will be given. We do not offer credit to "No Shows".
PRIVATE GAMES
You will not be placed with other groups.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
At least one person in your group must be at least 18 years old. Our games are most appropriate for ages 10 and up. We do charge full price for all players. (There is no charge for infants.)
NOTE: For safety reasons, you will not actually be locked inside a room.
